As you know, I love to pay attention to Nature's cycles. The "Heart of Spring" is the moment around May 1st. A moment in which, in the northern hemisphere, Nature gifts us with flowers of all shapes, scents, and colors. In this short video, I'm sharing a very quick active meditation to invite all of you to look at Nature to find inspiration and experience harmony and gratitude.
