This is why I decided to offer a free Zoom meeting to all the women who have been my students and followed or are following my work through my books and online courses. The December meeting will be exceptionally open to everyone because it coincides with the preparation for the winter solstice

If you are among these women, you are invited to participate in the free monthly Zoom meetings.
During these one-hour meetings, I take the participants through a journey inspired by the embodiment of the Four Elements corresponding to the Moon phases and Seasons of the year through easy and powerful Movement Activations, and answer the participants' questions.
