Gemini-Sagittarius Full Moon

Preparation for the May 31, 2026, Full Moon on the Gemini–Sagittarius axis(Sun in Gemini, Moon in Sagittarius)

Welcome to our tenth appointment in the Full Moon series dedicated to Healing the Healer.

This Full Moon may seem special to some because it’s the second Full Moon in a month, but it actually occurs on a different axis. The one we had on May 1st was on the Taurus–Scorpio axis, while the one occurring on May 31st is on the Gemini–Sagittarius axis.

We can feel that Nature is almost ready to bloom fully.

This Full Moon occurs with the Sun in Gemini, an Air sign ruled by Mercury, representing fast communication and exchange, cleverness, curiosity, ease in making connections and spreading information, and with the Moon in Sagittarius, a Fire sign ruled by Jupiter, king of the gods (and father of many of them), representing higher wisdom, respect for rules and traditions, and the desire to deepen every kind of knowledge.

While inviting us to stay open to information and new ideas and to explore new frontiers, this Full Moon also invites us to verify the source of every piece of information and to rely on science or spiritual healing traditions rather than on pseudoscience or pseudo-spirituality.

Our ego is always attracted to intriguing theories, beliefs, or information. But this doesn’t mean they are truly useful for our growth as healers and as human beings.

So we could say that this Full Moon invites us not to fall into shortcuts that look inspiring on the surface but keep us away from real inner work, or healing work. It invites us not to use “spirituality” or so-called spiritual healing to avoid dealing with unresolved wounds, unpleasant emotions, or uncomfortable feelings about ourselves. It reminds us that healing is not about pretending or affirming that everything is fine, forcing ourselves to be positive all the time, or believing that pain, anger, or sadness somehow make us less “evolved”.

This Full Moon also asks us not to blindly follow teachers, guides, or influencers without questioning, reflecting, and feeling what is truly functional for us. True wisdom, as well as any path to healing, ask for awareness, discernment, and personal responsibility.

At the same time, it invites us to be careful with ideas or teachings that use scientific language only to appear more credible, while lacking real foundation, depth, or congruence.

Authentic spirituality, as well as spiritual healing practices, ask for humility, patience, honesty, and the courage to face even the less comfortable parts of our human nature.

Pseudo-spirituality, instead, can easily become another expression of the ego, more focused on appearance and emotional excitement, especially related to the ability to “attract” or “manifest” whatever we want. There is nothing wrong with desiring to see our wishes come true, but this is not what spiritual and healing paths focus on. There is no judgment here, just an invitation to distinguish and discern about information that intrigues us and makes us feel acknowledged or (and) excited, and paths which could help us know ourselves more deeply, and deal with those areas of our life and being which appear less exciting, but might hold deep and precious resources we could miss otherwise, if we stay only on the surface.

There is nothing worse (and less “spiritual”) than feeling blamed or guilty when we don’t “succeed” in creating what our mind and ego want, even when it comes to healing. The desire to experience something exciting or see our wishes come true is another expression of our ego, which wants to feel comfortable, meaning that it wants to keep us inside our comfort zone.

To walk on a spiritual path, as well as to proceed on our healing journey, most of the time means dealing with uncomfortable truths and processes. The Moon in Sagittarius invites us to step out of our comfort zone and expand it, even if this means leaving behind comfortable beliefs.

And now, as usual, in the video below, I’ll guide you in an active meditation followed by a movement activation to experience and integrate the meaning, or energy, of this Full Moon.

And because the Moon is in a Fire Sign, if you want, you can get a candle, if it's totally safe to light it, or you can just imagine it.

The first part of the video is dedicated to the introduction, which includes some of what you’ve just read.

I suggest you watch the whole video, from the beginning, after reading this post, to receive the full transmission. Anyway, the meditation starts at 07:17.

The link to the Italian video (below the video in English) is also included in the YouTube description and in the Italian version of this post.

You can repeat this meditation any time you want to feel aligned, authentic, and connected to a purpose, a wisdom, and knowledge more extensive than anything you can imagine.

If you liked this meditation and found it useful, please share it.

If you wish to support my work, you’ll find a link in the video description, below the video, or in the blog post, to buy me a coffee (or a tea!):

And if you have questions, write to me before the next Full Moon appointment. Thank you!✨
