Preparation for the September 7, 2025, Full Moon on the Virgo–Pisces axis (Sun in Virgo, Moon in Pisces)
Why am I dedicating a series of meetings to Healing the Healer?
Because I experienced meaningful shifts thanks to my wounds while going through healing processes related to them—emotional wounds, physical wounds, trauma, and more. Wounds, especially if not recognized, can shape our whole life, contributing to the creation of dysfunctional habits and patterns, and even physical symptoms.
And I see many people working in healing fields struggling with different issues: burnout, excess empathy, stress-related problems, health issues, difficulties making enough money, and more.
It’s always important to understand what our wounds are, at least in general terms. I am sure that, throughout these 12 meetings, something will resonate with you.
Understanding our wounds gives us clues to recognize our areas of improvement. We can see our wounds as challenges that can be transformed into resources and skills.
I have always been fascinated by Chiron, the wounded healer.
Half man from the waist up, and half horse from the waist down, he was a teacher, coach, and mentor to gods, demi-gods, and heroes in ancient Greek mythology.
Renowned for his patience, healing hands, knowledge, tools, and his ability to guide wisely through discipline, he became a model of healing mastery.
Yet, he was unintentionally struck by a poisoned arrow. As an immortal, he could not die, but his wound would not heal because of the venom.
Every day, he was forced to take care of himself and his wound before tending to others.
His skills as a healer grew, as did his compassion.
When one of his students was condemned to death by Zeus, Chiron gave him his immortality, choosing to die as a mortal. But Zeus, moved by Chiron’s compassion and generosity, transformed him into a constellation instead.
Chiron represents our ability to turn venom into medicine, and to open ourselves to transformation and transmutation.
These meetings are meant to help us explore how to turn our challenges and wounds into something useful, enabling us to align with, and embody, the healing forces related to each Full Moon.
Each month, we will look at a different challenge and discover the resource hidden in it.
Of course, this exploration will remain general, but I am sure everyone will find points that resonate.
Each of us carries different wounds, and I find it very exciting to investigate this more deeply through one-on-one readings, which help to identify specific wounds and personal pathways of healing. Anyway, through these 12 meetings, I want to share something that I believe is essential for everybody, in general terms.
Healing is a fascinating process that unfolds in layers: we will return to this later, in a few months. This first meeting also serves as an introduction to the full cycle of 12 meetings.
This first Full Moon of our cycle, with the Sun in Virgo and the Moon in Pisces, is about the need to take care of our body, ground ourselves in daily life, and establish healthy routines in order to open to empathy and spiritual healing forces. The more we want to open to intuition and inspiration, the more we need to nurture our physical roots.
The more empathic we are, the more we need to reconnect to our physical body to strengthen our boundaries. Remember: physical activity reinforces our sense of self (and no, you don't need to go to the gym, a walk would be enough!).
So if you are a channel, an empath, or whether you do readings or work as a bodyworker, and tend to feel what your clients feel, remember to attune to yourself—return to yourself—before and after each session.
Establish a routine. Self-massage (watch the video!) brings you back to Earth. Dance. Breathe and yawn. Rub your feet against any surface. Find your way to reconnect to your body.
Virgo is connected to the vagus nerve, and to breathing and digestive functions. It also relates to our relationship with our body and our practical daily life.
Pisces is connected to the feet, but also to certain brain and consciousness functions, and to our ability to access spiritual worlds and deeper (or higher) states of awareness beyond the state needed to live our everyday life.
To integrate spiritual healing forces, we must create a healthy space within our body and our daily life. This means we need to take care of ourselves first thing every day.
Schedule “me-time.” Time you dedicate to yourself, to recharge your batteries.
Put it on your calendar, especially when you are juggling many responsibilities: family, children, pets, work...
Your body is your temple, your Microcosm. You need to take care of it to open yourself to the Macrocosm.
Remember: your first healing act is to transmit to your client who and where you are. Before sharing your skills and expertise, you transmit your present state of being.
This is why we must nurture ourselves first, body and soul, in order to embody healing forces and nurture others. And this is what this month's meditation is about. Enjoy it by watching the video! The first part of the video is dedicated to the introduction, which includes part of what you’ve just read. I suggest you watch the whole video, from the beginning, after reading this, to receive the full transmission. Anyway, the meditation starts at 14:00-ish.
Because of the length of the meeting, I created two separate videos, one in English and one in Italian. Below, you’ll find the English version. The link to the Italian video is included in the YouTube description and in the Italian version of this post.
If you loved this post and found the video meditation useful, you can support me by buying me a coffee (or a tea!) through this link: https://buymeacoffee.com/monica.canducci
There are preset amounts, but you’re also free to create your own. Thank you! ✨
