Aries-Libra Full Moon

Preparation for the April 1, 2026, Full Moon on the Aries-Libra axis (Sun in Aries, Moon in Libra).

Full Moon Aries-Libra

This is our eighth Full Moon meeting, dedicated to Healing the Healer.

This means that in 12 months, I’m covering different topics, inspired by the Zodiac Signs involved, which can be useful to everyone, especially healers. Even if you are not interested in or involved in healing practices, you can still find something to reflect on.

This month, the Full Moon involves the axis Aries-Libra. The Sun in Aries, a Sign connected to the Fire Element and ruled by Mars, calls us to leadership and to take goal-oriented actions. Meanwhile, the Moon in Libra, an Air sign ruled by Venus, calls us to listen to the other and proceed harmoniously to build a respectful and fruitful relationship.

Moreover... It's Spring, finally! Maybe you don't see it yet (especially if you live in Canada...), but something has already changed. Nature is awakening, and we might feel an urge for action.

So, first a warning, in two words: beware impulsiveness!

To go deeper, this Full Moon is an invitation to balance impulsiveness and reflectiveness. Aries represents the will to give guidance, obtain “everything right away”, and the personal need for recognition and results; Libra, on the other hand, represents the care for the other and focuses on the relationship, prioritizing the need to proceed harmoniously, respecting our clients’ timing, to build long-lasting trust. In fact, Venus is Libra’s ruler, and Saturn, Lord of Time, is exalted in Libra, meaning that time is a very important ingredient for the building of any stable relationships, and in this case, for any therapeutic and healing process.

In other words, when someone asks for your help, you, as a healer, might “see” the solution in a blink. But your clients don’t, and you can’t force their healing. Sometimes healing doesn’t just need an “intervention”; it needs life experiences that you can’t provide. In this case, you can help your clients find direction and build a safe space to process those life experiences.

So, this Full Moon inspires us to "tame" our impulsiveness and prioritize our clients’ needs and goals, not ours.  In most cases, instead of choosing immediacy and pursuing immediate goals and results, we need to proceed cautiously, by respecting our clients’ healing time. Unless, of course, you are a medical doctor and your patients are seeing you to get a diagnosis. In this case, promptness is very appreciated.

But, speaking of therapeutic relationships and paths towards holistic healing, even if we see the solution for our clients at first glance (and this can happen, especially if we are intuitive), it might not be functional just to tell them what the solution is, because they need to experience it, they need to get there themselves.

When we speak about healing processes, especially from a holistic perspective focused not only on the physical aspects but also the emotional ones, this might take time.

Because it’s a process.

What if your client needed to go through a whole process of transformation (for example, to replace old patterns with more functional ones) to become able to embody that “solution” and put it into practice?

So, this is the most important thing: when you see the "solution" or feel you can lead your client directly to it, stop for a moment and observe, through the lenses of time and timing, what is really going on there.

Is it your impulsiveness or your genuine desire to help that pops up to lead? And would this be functional for your client? This is the most important question.

Or would your clients benefit much more from a slower process, allowing them to experience directly, and put into practice, embody, integrate, and own their discoveries?

So, this Full Moon reminds us to proceed by giving space to our clients’ needs, and instead of jumping to a solution, do our best to weave a pathway, together with our clients, as a team.

Do your best to listen to them, understand their needs, their goals, and co-create the space and process they need to go through, to get the solution and make it their own solution.

Another aspect of this Full Moon is about triggers, especially anger-related (Mars, Fire, Aries), and reflections (Venus, Libra, Air).

When you realize that there is a trait or behavior in one of your clients, or in any other individual present in your life, which triggers a response like irritation or anger in yourself, remember that what you don’t like in them can teach you something about yourself.

Sometimes we may experience anger and irritation, or feel triggered by our clients’ behavior or traits.

Imagine your client, or any other individual, as a mirror. What if that trigger was just a reflection of something that maybe belongs to you, or maybe to someone who played a role in your past?

Remember: sometimes it’s not about the specific trait or behavior. It’s about the feeling you experience when your client shows that trait. Maybe they are always late: this irritates you, but you can’t find any resemblance with yourself, because you are the most precise and punctual individual, always on time. In this case, ask yourself: how does their delay make you feel?

Maybe… Disrespected? Then, ask yourself if there are situations in which you could be perceived as disrespectful by someone else, with no involvement of time or delays.

Or ask yourself what “disrespect” means for you; or when you felt disrespected for the first time, and how that made you feel, and reflect on that.

Sometimes, through others - not necessarily our clients -  we can become aware of something that belongs to us (or had an impact on the way we react), and we were not able to see before. Sometimes our clients show us ways to improve ourselves, especially when something in them triggers our reaction.

And this is the last invitation from this Full Moon: instead of just “reacting”, as soon as you feel this reaction surfacing, take a breath and a break; pause the reaction and choose an action. The most appropriate one. Because sometimes the faster response, if triggered by our past, is not the most functional one.

And now, let’s proceed with some practice.

In the video below, I guide you through an Active Meditation, followed as usual by a Movement Activation, to embody the energy and qualities of this Full Moon.  You can repeat this meditation any time you want to increase the balance between impulsiveness and listening.

Before you start watching, if you like, you can put a drop of your favorite essential oil on your hands, because the Moon is in Libra, an Air sign, and we can appreciate a fragrance in the air.

Or you can just imagine doing that during the meditation.

The first part of the video is dedicated to the introduction, which includes part of what you’ve just read.

I suggest you watch the whole video, from the beginning, after reading this, to receive the full transmission. Anyway, the meditation starts at 9:30
