Summer Message & Meditation 2025

Here I am, to share some insights, a message, and a short active meditation to help us align with this moment of the year. The Summer Solstice, in Western Astrology, corresponds to the entrance into the Sign of Cancer, a Water Sign.

By watching the video, you'll find tips to help us regenerate ourselves and  'navigate' the sea of our emotions to better flow with Life.
