After many years, I’m finally allowing myself to open this healing meditation to all my readers, students, and close followers. Many years ago, I received a healing transmission from a Sufi healer from Uzbekistan, “Mama” Habiba. She told me to celebrate the spiral healing forces that permeate the Universe by sharing the transmission on August 2nd through a healing meditation. It's very simple, but deep.
