About the Event

An incomparable instrument for all practitioners (performing arts, sports, yoga, etc.), and for those trainers, coaches, instructors, therapists and teachers who want to increase their effectiveness by integrating a new approach to spatial awareness. A method devised for achieving excellence in movement performance by taking advantage of the link between visuo-spatial imagery, proprioception, and movement planning. Its goal is to enable performers to achieve high-precision movements while maintaining the ability to give movements different qualities.
